Hungary

Once a great empire, Hungary has a unique culture, language and cuisine that has visitors descending in droves. The capital, Budapest, is one of the greatest cities in Europe, with its imposing castle, diverse architectural styles and stately banks along the Danube River. And Hungarian hospitality, like everything else here, is in a league of its own. The long and distinguished history of the Magyar people is far more impressive than Hungary’s current size would indicate. Budapest is where this grandeur is most apparent.
